Previously, invoices only displayed billing and task-related details. With this enhancement, agencies can now choose whether they want published Care Notes to appear within invoices through simple configurable settings inside CareSmartz360.

Once enabled, Care Notes automatically appear within invoices for each completed schedule. The notes are displayed after completed tasks, helping agencies provide a clearer picture of the care services delivered during each visit.
The enhancement also includes real-time invoice previews, allowing office staff to instantly see how invoices will appear before generating or sending them. Any changes made to the Care Notes setting are reflected immediately within the invoice preview.
