The ClickHelp update introduces Universal Links — a new way links work inside ClickHelp.
When a user copies a URL from the browser and shares it, the recipient is automatically taken to the version of the content they can access.

ClickHelp has expanded its API to help teams automate documentation workflows:

Upload large files directly in binary form, including through chunked uploads

Import content from Word, HTML, Markdown, RTF, EPUB, ODT, docfx, ClickHelp Project Backup, and OpenAPI

Delete projects and publications programmatically to clean up old versions

These improvements make it easier to integrate ClickHelp into CI/CD pipelines and large-scale content operations.

Automatic Deactivation of Inactive Accounts

A new security option allows administrators to automatically disable user accounts after a set period of inactivity. This helps reduce risks, support compliance, and keep portals tidy without manual work.
