In 2022, I.C.T delivered a semi-automatic SMT production line to a specialized manufacturer in Denmark focused on energy-efficient lighting solutions. The equipment package featured a 1.8m semi-auto solder paste printer, high-speed LED pick and place machine, 8-zone reflow oven, and PCB conveyors, configured for the customer's LED signage production needs.
Following installation, remote technical support facilitated a smooth transition to initial production runs. In June 2023, I.C.T engineer Andy conducted an onsite visit to provide comprehensive training and process review. Activities included operator instruction on equipment use and maintenance, collaboration on production parameters, and recommendations for ongoing line performance.
The project reflects growing demand in the European lighting sector for adaptable SMT solutions that balance capability with practicality. By combining equipment delivery with knowledge transfer, the initiative aims to help the manufacturer maintain consistent quality in their waterproof and energy-saving products.
