Singapore, 29 July 2026 – Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) is enhancing family travel with the launch of MyMillennium Kids, a new programme offering engaging experiences and rewards for children aged 5 to 10 staying with MyMillennium members for a minimum of two consecutive nights.
The programme launched across selected properties in Asia Pacific on 1 August 2026, including Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, Orchard Hotel Singapore, M Hotel Singapore City Centre, M Social Resort Penang, M Social Phuket and M Social Hotel Suzhou. Further expansion to selected properties in Europe and the United States is planned for 2027.
An Adventure Passport for Young Guests
At the heart of MyMillennium Kids is the Adventure Passport, a collectible booklet that encourages children to explore participating hotels, collect exclusive brand-themed stickers and discover surprises during their stays. Children can also complete additional activities to earn a bonus sticker per stay.
As they reach sticker-collection milestones, young guests can unlock rewards including a complimentary children's dessert after collecting three stickers, a plush toy of Muriel the Cow after six stickers, and a complimentary room upgrade on their next stay after nine stickers. Collecting 12 stickers unlocks additional rewards, including MyMillennium Kids merchandise, a Junior World Explorer certificate and entry into a giveaway.
Thoughtful Touches for Family Stays
Beyond the Adventure Passport, the programme introduces special touches designed to make children feel welcome. Young guests receive a letter from Muriel the Cow, accompanied by a surprise such as a hotel-specific souvenir, snack box or special-occasion gift.
Each child also receives a “Do Not Disturb – Junior Explorer Inside” sign that they can personalise with stickers and markers. Families can join MyMillennium at check-in to access the programme and begin collecting rewards.
Cinn Tan, Chief Commercial Officer of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, said the initiative reflects the group's commitment to creating meaningful experiences for younger travellers while strengthening relationships with families and MyMillennium members.
Carolyn Wishnowski, Vice President, Global Branding, Marketing and Loyalty at MHR, highlighted how the programme extends recognition and rewards to younger family members while allowing participating hotels to introduce locally relevant experiences.
