Softaken Software has rolled out Version 2.0 of its PST to Office 365 Importer and this time it is a major upgrade. The new version is designed for IT admins, MSPs and business users tired of battling with cumbersome migration workflows and solves the three things that matter most: speed, security and not losing your progress when something goes wrong.
The tool now supports three kinds of sources – Outlook PST files, OST files and live IMAP mail servers – and moves everything over in one go: emails, contacts, calendars, tasks and sticky notes. All uploads are made using Microsoft’s official Graph API with OAuth 2.0, meaning passwords are never stored and nothing breaks when Microsoft pushes an update.

Major new features in Version 2.0:
• Pause / Resume with per-folder checkpointing – migrations automatically resume after crashes or interruptions
• Idempotency store and duplicate detection – safe to re-run without creating duplicates in target mailbox.
• Three flexible folder mapping modes – preserve hierarchy, flat import, or import into new folder
• Dual worker lanes — fast and slow tracks stop large attachments from slowing the entire queue
• HTML migration report — per-folder summary with error categorization by type
