CHARLOTTE, NC — Epic Tails Veterinary Clinic, a trusted Charlotte veterinarian in the Lower South End (LoSo), is welcoming new pet families with a $50 first exam for new clients. The offer gives dog and cat owners an affordable way to meet the veterinary team, establish care, and start building a long-term health plan for their pets.

Located at 3100 S. Tryon St., the clinic is built around a collaborative approach in which pet owners and veterinarians work together as co-authors in a pet’s health story. To make care easier to access, Epic Tails offers same-day and next-day appointments whenever available, and appointments can be booked online. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday, with Wednesday hours running until 7:00 p.m.

New clients can expect full-service care at every stage of life, including preventative care, diagnostics, surgical services, dental care, puppy and kitten care, senior pet care, laser therapy, imaging, and urgent pet care. Veterinarians Dr. Lili Becktell and Dr. Emily Bishop lead the team, focusing on compassionate care and clear communication so owners can make informed decisions about their pets’ health.

Pet owners looking for ongoing savings can also explore the Epic Friends Club, a wellness plan that includes unlimited exams all year long and flexible monthly payment options for dental cleanings, spay and neuter surgeries, and 12 months of parasite prevention. CareCredit and Cherry payment plans are also available to help families plan for care.

“Finding a veterinarian you trust should not be difficult or overwhelming,” said Dr. Lili Becktell, DVM, veterinarian at Epic Tails Veterinary Clinic. “Our $50 first exam helps new clients get to know us, and our same-day and next-day appointments help pets get the care they need when they need it.”

Offer terms apply, and new clients are encouraged to call the clinic or book online to confirm availability and details before their visit. Epic Tails welcomes dogs, cats, and other companion animals at every stage of life, from first vaccines to senior care, all in the heart of LoSo.
