This Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Hotel Flor invites guests to celebrate the holiday season with an elegant dining experience in the heart of Downtown Tampa. Executive Chef Jason Revell of the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Dan, will present a special Christmas menu for Christmas Eve from 12-10 pm, and Christmas day from 12-10 pm featuring festive flavors and signature dishes prepared with seasonal inspiration.

Guests can enjoy a selection of stand out dishes that capture the warmth and indulgence of the season. The Herb Crusted Prime Rib, served with a baked potato, roasted asparagus, and au’ jus, offers a classic and hearty centerpiece for the evening. Seafood lovers will savor the Onion Crusted Salmon paired with mixed vegetable risotto and lemon cream, while vegetarians can delight in the Emerald Primavera, a vibrant pappardelle pasta with asparagus, peas, and a bright lemon cream sauce. Starters such as the Fried Cauliflower and Deviled Eggs with applewood bacon and smoked paprika add bold, festive notes to the table, making for a meal that’s both comforting and celebratory.
