We're excited to announce the release of Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk v9.4.3.5, packed with improvements that make support management easier, faster, and more efficient for both agents and administrators.

1. Save Time with Smarter Ticket Management
Managing large numbers of tickets is now much easier. Support agents can update multiple tickets at once, add replies, and leave internal notes without having to open each ticket individually using Bulk Ticket Updates. We've also improved ticket search by Advanced Ticket Search, making it easier to find the right tickets when you need them. Improved CAB approval emails with custom change request details
Improved Monitoring, Security and Stability
