Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk v9.4.3.5 introduces bulk ticket updates, advanced search, enhanced reporting, Sentry monitoring, stronger security, and improved administration to boost support efficiency and operational visibility.

 
Faveo today announced the release of Faveo Helpdesk & Service Desk v9.4.3.5, introducing new capabilities designed to simplify ticket operations, improve reporting, strengthen monitoring, and enhance the overall support experience for organizations.

The latest release focuses on helping teams work more efficiently while providing administrators with better visibility and operational control.

Smarter Ticket Management

Faveo v9.4.3.5 introduces Bulk Ticket Updates, allowing support teams to update multiple tickets simultaneously, including adding replies and internal notes without opening each ticket individually.

The release also includes Advanced Ticket Search, enabling agents to find tickets faster using new Starts With and Contains search options.

To improve collaboration, the new Referrers field allows organizations to associate agents and contacts with tickets and change requests for better visibility across teams.

Better Reporting and Operational Visibility

Organizations can now configure Multiple Contract Reminders to avoid missing important deadlines.

Reporting capabilities have been expanded with:

Excel and CSV report exports
Enhanced filtering for client reports
Direct report downloads from the client portal
