Feinman & Childs attended Montgomery Bar Association Bench-Bar Conference, where Sarinia Feinman spoke at an event honoring President Judge Carolyn Carluccio.

The attorneys of Feinman & Childs Family Law attended the Montgomery Bar Association’s 2026 Bench-Bar Conference recently, where Managing Partner Sarinia M. Feinman spoke at an evening event. The conference was held September 24–25, 2026 at the Skytop Lodge Resort in Skytop, PA, bringing together members of the legal community for professional education and opportunities for attorneys and judges to connect outside of the courtroom.

The conference also offered an opportunity to recognize Montgomery County President Judge Carolyn Carluccio, whose term ends in December 2026. Ms. Feinman served as the President of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2022, Judge Carluccio’s first year as President Judge. In an evening event honoring Judge Carluccio, all five Montgomery Bar Association presidents who served during her tenure spoke, reflecting on their shared time serving the association and the Montgomery County legal community.

Ms. Feinman reflected that “serving as President of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2022 was a meaningful part of my professional journey. It was a privilege to take part in the evening honoring President Judge Carolyn Carluccio and to join the other past presidents in recognizing her service to Montgomery County.”

Continuing Legal Education and Professional Engagement

The Bench-Bar Conference also included continuing legal education programming (CLE). As part of a CLE session, the Feinman & Childs attorneys were photographed with Steve Ednbo, an impersonator and historian, portraying Thomas Jefferson in honor of America’s 250th anniversary.

Attendees also heard from President Judge Carluccio about the state of the Montgomery County judiciary, including recognition of innovative programming in the county and updates regarding the construction of the new courthouse.

CLE programs help attorneys stay current on changes in the law, explore emerging legal issues and strengthen their professional knowledge. This ongoing education supports attorneys in maintaining the skills and knowledge needed to provide informed, effective representation to their clients.
