Sarinia M. Feinman Elected Secretary of Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section

Managing Partner of Feinman & Childs Family Law, Sarinia M. Feinman, was elected Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section at the 2026 Summer Meeting.

 
Managing Partner of Feinman & Childs Family Law, Sarinia M. Feinman, was elected Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section at the 2026 Summer Meeting.

The Summer Meeting was held July 9-12, 2026 at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile and Ms. Feinman was recognized in her new role at the official section business meeting on Saturday.

The Summer Meeting included workshops and plenary sessions, such as "Running the Loop: Chasing Custody Jurisdiction in Circles," that allowed participants to earn CLE credits, as well as a chance for members of the section to meet other members of their community.

Ms. Feinman's appointment as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section reflects her longstanding involvement in family law leadership for the state.

Ms. Feinman limits her practice to family law matters, including children’s rights issues and custody relocation matters, as well as child support, equitable distribution, spousal support, enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements, and prenuptial agreements. She has served the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section in various capacities, including Membership Committee Co-Chair from 2015-2023 and, most recently, as Treasurer prior to being elected Secretary. Ms. Feinman has also served in leadership roles for the Montgomery Bar Association. Following her term as President of the Montgomery Bar Association, Ms. Feinman served as Immediate Past President in 2023. She also previously chaired both the Family Law Section (2014) and the Young Lawyers' Section (2009). Ms. Feinman has been recognized many times as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers honoree, Top Attorney by Suburban Life & Philadelphia Life Magazine, and Main Line Today Top Lawyer in Divorce.

Regarding her new role, Ms. Feinman stated, "It is an honor to serve as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. The Section plays an important role in supporting family law practitioners across the Commonwealth, and I look forward to continuing the work with my colleagues to continue advancing education, collaboration, and the practice of family law."
