Fieldcode will participate in four European industry events this fall, demonstrating how field service organizations can reduce manual coordination across service intake, scheduling, dispatching and field execution through connected Zero-Touch workflows.
Field New Tech in Paris, Chillventa in Nuremberg, Service Summit in Düsseldorf and HEATEXPO in Dortmund serve different industries, but their field service operations face similar challenges: preparing incoming work correctly, assigning technicians based on operational requirements, adapting schedules as conditions change and keeping customers informed.
Fieldcode’s Zero-Touch approach connects these stages within one service process. Service requests can enter through connected systems, customer self-service or automated workflows. From there, Fieldcode can support ticket preparation, scheduling and technician assignment based on skills, availability, location, SLA requirements, parts and capacity.
Dispatchers remain able to manage exceptions where operational judgment is required. The aim is to reduce routine manual handling while retaining control over priorities and complex decisions.
At Field New Tech in Paris on October 7, Fieldcode will demonstrate how service requests can move from preparation and planning into mobile field execution with fewer manual handovers.
At Chillventa in Nuremberg from October 13–15, Fieldcode will present scheduling, dispatching, capacity planning, customer self-service and automated workflows for refrigeration, air-conditioning, ventilation and heat pump service organizations. Fieldcode will exhibit in Hall 7, Stand 7-447.
At Service Summit in Düsseldorf on November 4–5, Fieldcode will focus on converting incoming service information into structured field work across planning, execution and customer communication. Fieldcode will exhibit at Stand M07.
At HEATEXPO in Dortmund from November 24–26, Fieldcode will present workflows for heating and cooling infrastructure, where installation, maintenance and service work must be coordinated across technicians, locations and changing priorities. Fieldcode will exhibit in Hall 4, Stand D04.
Across all four events, Fieldcode will focus on keeping service intake, planning and field execution aligned. Zero-Touch automation is applied where processes can follow defined rules, while dispatchers and service managers retain control over exceptions.
