Mother-daughter advisory team expands reach through global luxury real estate platform

Engel & Völkers Florida today announced Oceanside Realty Partners, a residential real estate firm serving Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, and the greater Treasure Coast, has joined Engel & Völkers Hutchinson Island in a strategic brand transition that strengthens the brokerage’s footprint in the region. The move brings Oceanside Realty Partners co-founders Angela Ackermann and Amanda Geller, a mother-daughter advisory team with forty years of combined market experience, under the Engel & Völkers platform. The transition aligns with Engel & Völkers Florida’s growth strategy of affiliating with established local brokerages and high-performing advisors to expand its presence in key premium markets.

“Joining Engel & Völkers allows us to elevate our business while preserving the personalized service and local expertise our clients expect,” Ackermann said. “The brand’s global network, marketing capabilities, and collaborative culture provide a powerful platform to connect Treasure Coast listings with an international audience.”

Ackermann began her real estate career in 1999 and holds multiple industry designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She serves clients throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast, with a focus on the Hutchinson Island markets across Martin, Indian River, and St. Lucie counties, as well as the Space Coast from inland communities to waterfront properties. Specializing in waterfront homes, condominiums, and new construction, she has built a business largely driven by repeat and referral clientele over more than two decades in the market, delivering a personalized, concierge-level experience aligned with Engel & Völkers’ commitment to quality and excellence.

Geller brings experience in luxury homes and second residences, with a strong understanding of coastal markets and client-focused strategy. She serves as a director for Florida Realtors and has chaired multiple committees with Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie Realtors, including the Government Affairs Committee and the Treasure Coast Regional Board. Named Young Professional Realtor of the Year in 2023 and a graduate of the organization’s Leadership Academy, she contributes to the team’s relationship-driven approach and expanding regional referral network.

“Angela and Amanda are trusted advisors with deep roots in the community, and their transition significantly enhances our presence along the Treasure Coast,” said Claire Higgins, license partner of Engel & Völkers Hutchinson Island. “Their business aligns with our growth strategy of partnering with proven local leaders who share our commitment to elevated service.”

The team has represented a wide range of notable coastal and waterfront properties throughout St. Lucie and surrounding counties and plans to further expand exposure for local listings through Engel & Völkers’ international network. As part of the transition, their Orange Avenue office will continue operating during the integration period while long-term storefront opportunities in the immediate area are evaluated to support future growth and visibility.

“Angela and Amanda’s move underscores the appeal of Engel & Völkers as a platform for high-performing boutique businesses looking to scale,” said Peter Giese, CEO of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Their transition strengthens our market share on the Treasure Coast and advances our strategy of partnering with locally respected firms to drive premium market growth statewide.”

Ackermann and Geller have worked together since 2013 and will continue serving clients throughout the Treasure Coast, leveraging Engel & Völkers’ global network, proprietary technology and marketing resources while maintaining a boutique advisory approach and reinforcing their goal of remaining the trusted agents clients call first throughout the region.
