Unlike mass-produced alternatives, each piece undergoes a 21-day curing process in Rajasthan's dry climate before finishing. Artisans hand-sand every surface rather than using chemical fillers, resulting in grain patterns unique to each unit.

The launch addresses a growing consumer shift toward longevity over disposability. Recent internal data from the brand shows 68% of customers in metro cities now prioritize solid wood over engineered alternatives, citing durability through multiple house shifts as the primary concern.
