Cytorex Biosciences, Inc., a Florida based Biotech preclinical stage company, announced today the
appointment of Mr. William J. Jimenez, MBA, as the new Chairman of the Board of the company.
Mr. Jimenez substitutes Prof. David J. Martucci, who remains as a Director and Chief Scientific
Officer. The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Ramon Alvarez-Viso, as External Director.
