Naples, Florida — November 5, 2025 — Global1BJJ Naples is proud to announce the expansion of its Kid’s Martial Arts Program, offering age-specific classes designed to help children develop confidence, focus, and physical fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

The program is divided into two dynamic groups — Mighty Mights (Ages 3–5) and Lil Ninjas (Ages 6–9) — each tailored to meet the developmental needs of young learners. Through these structured and engaging classes, children gain valuable life skills that extend far beyond the mat.

Mighty Mights – Ages 3–5

The Mighty Mights program introduces young children to martial arts through interactive games, teamwork, and movement-based activities. Each session is designed to:

* Improve coordination, balance, and listening skills
* Encourage focus and teamwork
* Build self-confidence in a positive and nurturing environment

“The goal for our youngest students is to create a strong foundation for success,” said Prof Joao Oliveira, Global1BJJ Head Instructor. “We make learning fun, so kids develop focus and coordination naturally while building confidence that carries into every part of their lives.”

Lil Ninjas – Ages 6–9

As children grow, so does their ability to take on more structured challenges. The Lil Ninjas program focuses on discipline, respect, and self-control while maintaining an exciting, energetic atmosphere. Students in this program:

* Build strength, coordination, and endurance
* Learn respect for others and confidence in themselves
* Develop focus, perseverance, and a positive attitude toward challenges

“Whether your child dreams of becoming a doctor, a lawyer, or an athlete, they’ll need core character traits to help them succeed,” Professor Dr. Kevin Lam added. “Our Lil Ninjas program teaches those skills in a way that’s both engaging and rewarding.”
