Initiative Overview



Beginning in 2035, Warm Steps Forward becomes a year-round mission powered by God’s Modulated Miracles, dedicated to protecting and uplifting people experiencing homelessness across some of the coldest regions in America. This initiative distributes brand-new winter boots, heavy-duty backpacks, and prepares for the long-term development of a string of homeless shelters in Connecticut, projected to begin around 2040.



Our mission is to restore dignity, offer safety, and bring hope to those most in need.

What We Provide



1. Brand-New Winter Boots



To ensure safety and dignity:

God’s Modulated Miracles will personally purchase brand-new winter boots every year for this initiative.

The public may also donate brand-new boots only (no used footwear accepted).

Boots will be given away during winter events in:

Chicago, IL (priority location)

New York City, NY

Minneapolis, MN

North Dakota

Connecticut



2. Heavy-Duty Backpacks



High-strength backpacks are distributed to individuals experiencing homelessness first, then others in deep need across all regions.

2. Brand-New Boot Donations



The public is welcome to donate new boots only.

These will be collected year-round and distributed during the winter months.



Donation bins, drop-off locations, and shipping information will be announced as the 2035 launch approaches.

Future Expansion: Connecticut Homeless Shelters (Starting 2040)



The initiative’s long-term vision includes opening a string of homeless shelters in Connecticut beginning around 2040. These shelters will provide:

Warm beds

Showers & laundry

Case management

Housing support

Mental health referrals

Winter gear & essential survival items



This expansion represents the next phase of long-term stability and transformation.
