Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Polytechnic 2026 To fill the DCECE Application Form 2026 for Bihar Polytechnic, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria. For Polytechnic Engineering (PE) Course, students must have passed the 10th class from recognized board. No age limit is required for this category. Age between 15 years and 30 years, f or myself and for Para Medical Matric Level (PMM).
