Recent progress across the interior and exterior brings the project meaningfully closer to completion, with major finishing elements now installed and the final design vision starting to come into full view.

Led on site by Keith, GT Mann Contracting's team has been focused on the details that define the character of the finished units. Inside, countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and backsplashes have now been installed, while barn doors and final painting continue to progress throughout the units.

Exterior progress has kept pace with interior work. The StoCast brick veneer is now complete, giving the building its finished exterior character.
