Hallmark chose to join forces with a company called CSpace, headed by Gary Arena. The panel is being accused of using deceptive, bait and switch advertising tactics to lure mothers into a panel where Hallmark took a substantial amount of the member's time and offered little to no compensation.

Both companies are also being accused of blocking members and failing to pay them when they started to catch onto the bait and switch terminology being used for promised rewards.
