Mohali, Punjab, India - September 8, 2026 -Most IT companies pick one side of the fence. They either build software for paying clients, or they train students and hope those students find work somewhere else. BeComfort IT Solutions never really bought into that split. Operating out of the Industrial Area in Sector 74, Mohali, the company runs both halves of the business side by side -client work on one end, hands-on training on the other - and treats them as one operation rather than two.
Two Sides of the Same Business
The client-facing side looks like what you'd expect from a full-service IT shop: websites, ecommerce stores, custom software, mobile apps, digital marketing, graphic design, and lately, AI and automation work for businesses trying to cut down on manual tasks. What's a little less expected is how far the client list reaches - reviews on the company's site come from business owners and project managers in the US, Canada, and France, most of them pointing to steady communication and support that didn't vanish once the project shipped.
The training arm runs on a similar philosophy, just aimed at students instead of businesses. Programs run six weeks or six months, and instead of working through textbook exercises, students get put on live projects with mentors from the industry. Certifications and internships come out of that too. The subjects taught - web development, software development, digital marketing, graphic design - line up almost exactly with what the company sells to its clients, so students end up practicing on real work rather than something built just for a classroom.
Filling a Gap Most Institutes Skip
One thing BeComfort does that a lot of training centers don't bother with: teaching people how to actually find freelance work. There's a program built around Upwork profile setup, writing proposals, talking to clients, generating leads, and outreach on LinkedIn — all aimed at getting students to a point where they can land international projects without needing someone to hand them a job. It's a fair point, honestly. Knowing how to code or design doesn't automatically translate into income, especially once you're competing with freelancers from everywhere else in the world.
A Roadmap Depending on Where You Are
The company also lays out a rough path depending on what stage a student is at - basic computer skills, web development and design work after 10th grade, digital marketing and web development after 12th, and software development, SEO, or app development tracks once someone's finished a degree. That's backed by career counseling, help with resumes, and placement support, so students walk away with something closer to a direction than just a certificate.
Behind the Growth
"Training and real business work were never supposed to be two separate things, in my mind," said Er. Beant Kaur, Founder & CEO of BeComfort IT Solutions. "If students are learning on actual projects instead of practice assignments, and clients get support that sticks around after launch, everyone comes out ahead. That's really the whole model."
Day-to-day operations, project coordination, and keeping quality consistent across both client work and training batches — that's handled internally, without much fuss. It's a lot to juggle, but that's how BeComfort explains its growth: solid placement support, pricing that doesn't scare people off, and clients who tend to stick around once they've worked with the team.
