Nepal is one of the most beautiful countries in terms of natural heritage. Many tourists visit Nepal every year. As per the data of Himalayans times a total of 1,158,459 foreign tourists visited Nepal in the year 2025 even though after the Gen-Z protest in Nepal. People don’t come here for the natural presence but also they come here to experience the different culture, religion, monuments, spiritual sites, and our history of Nepal.

After the Gen-Z protest NTB Nepal has had a campaign of “#nepalnow” campaign on social media. Tourism in Nepal began to rebound within weeks as several key measures were put in place to restore traveler confidence. The Nepal Tourism Board, in coordination with the private sector, launched the #NepalNow campaign, using live social media updates to highlight peaceful conditions in major tourist hubs such as Thamel, Pokhara, and Chitwan. At the same time, trekking infrastructure proved resilient, with routes in the Everest and Annapurna regions remaining largely unaffected by urban political unrest and trekking permits continuing to be issued normally. This steady recovery was reflected in arrival figures, with daily tourist numbers reaching nearly 2,900 by early October 2025, and total foreign arrivals rising to 116,553 in November an increase of 1.8 percent compared to the same month in the previous year.

During this time, the Tour Guide in Nepal supported numerous tourists with professional guidance, clear communication, and special attention to safety, while trekking across different regions, including the Everest region and other popular routes.

When some says: What is Nepal and where does it lies

Nepal is a diverse, landlocked country in South Asia situated primarily within the Himalayas. It is world renowned for its dramatic geography, containing eight of the world's ten highest peaks, including Mount Everest, the highest point on Earth.

Beyond its mountains, Nepal is a multi-ethnic and multi-religious federal republic with a rich cultural history. It is notably the birthplace of Gautama Buddha in Lumbini and home to the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath in its capital, Kathmandu. Today, it is a popular destination for trekking, spiritual retreats, and exploring UNESCO World Heritage sites.
