Indolift has introduced steel wire ropes with an independent core and destructive testing to ensure safety and reliability.

Kolkata, India, September 2, 2025– Indolift has introduced a new range of steel wire ropes designed with enhanced safety and performance features for heavy-duty lifting applications. The ropes incorporate an independent wire rope core (IWRC) and are subjected to destructive testing to confirm compliance with rated breaking forces.
The new product line includes 6x36 class crane ropes, 6x29F, and 6x19W CWR constructions. All variants are fully lubricated during manufacturing, reducing internal friction and extending service life in demanding operations.
“These steel wire ropes were developed to provide operators with added confidence in safety-critical environments,” said Jyoti Kaushka, CEO of Indolift. “The IWRC design improves stability under load, while destructive testing ensures the ropes perform as specified in real-world applications.”
Indolift’s latest ropes are intended for use in industries where reliability is central to operations, including construction, logistics, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
