The test is designed for adults in the United States who want one consolidated picture of the environmental toxins their body may be carrying, instead of piecing together results from several separate kits.

Most at-home toxin products focus on a single category, such as heavy metals or mold toxins, or reach large marker counts by including organic acids and general wellness markers. Intrinsic Prism takes a different approach: its panel concentrates on toxin-specific markers across the main categories people ask about. These include mycotoxins (toxins produced by mold), heavy metals, and environmental chemicals such as BPA, phthalates and PFAS, which are widely discussed in connection with plastics, packaging and household products. The panel also includes detox genetics markers, which provide context on how an individual's body may process these exposures.

Samples are collected at home and analyzed by a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited US laboratory. Results are presented in one report that customers can review with their own healthcare provider.
