All Cloud Hub Launches Mobile App, Bringing Cross-Cloud File Management to Android and iOS

Users can now connect Google Drive, iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, pCloud, MEGA, Google Photos, iCloud Photos and BackBlaze B2 from their mobile device, with the same cross-cloud transfers available on All Cloud Hub’s web platform.

[United States, 16th July' 26]** All Cloud Hub, the multi-cloud dashboard built by IT Path Solutions, is now available as a mobile app for Android and iOS. The app connects Google Drive, iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Photos, iCloud Photos, pCloud, MEGA, and BackBlaze B2 into a single view, putting the same dashboard people already use in a browser onto their phone. The app is available now as a free download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

IT Path Solutions has spent a decade and half in building web and mobile software, and All Cloud Hub grew out of a problem the company kept running into with its own clients: files scattered across several cloud accounts, with no single place to see them all. The mobile app carries that same fix out of the browser and onto a device people already have with them.

Downloading it costs nothing, and getting set up takes under a minute. Each cloud account is added by signing in on that provider's own login screen, not inside All Cloud Hub, and files appear in the dashboard as soon as the connection is made.

“Most people don't manage just one cloud account anymore. There's a work OneDrive, a personal iCloud or Google Drive, maybe a Dropbox folder a client shared with them, and keeping track of which file lives where turns into its own small chore,” said the All Cloud Hub Product Team.

“We built the mobile app so that chore goes away. Someone can search across every connected drive, move a file from one cloud to another, or check whether a backup finished, straight from their phone, without needing to sit down at a laptop first. It puts control over where files live back in someone's hands, wherever they happen to be standing.”

Extending the Dashboard to Mobile

The mobile app connects to the same cloud services supported on the web: Google Drive, Google Photos, iCloud Drive, iCloud Photos, OneDrive, Dropbox, pCloud, MEGA, and BackBlaze B2.

Because All Cloud Hub never stores files on its own servers, transfers made from the app move data directly between providers rather than through the phone, so nothing gets downloaded locally in the process.

Cloud connections, scheduled tasks and transfer records sit with a user's All Cloud Hub account rather than with any single device. Switching between the browser and the app does not require reconnecting cloud accounts or losing track of earlier activity.

Key Features

- Unified Cloud Dashboard

Every connected cloud account appears on one single dashboard. Users can browse folders and check files across Google Drive, Google Photos, iCloud Drive, iCloud Photos, OneDrive, Dropbox, pCloud, MEGA, and BackBlaze B2 without opening a separate app (or even a separate tab) for each one.

- Multi-Cloud Search

A single search runs across every connected cloud account at once and returns results from all of them together, instead of requiring a separate search inside each app/ drive.

- Cross-Cloud File Transfers

Files move or copy directly between any two connected providers. Because transfers run cloud to cloud, nothing downloads to the device first, which keeps larger transfers manageable even on a mobile connection.

- Scheduled Automatic File Transfers

Users can set up a Scheduled Task to move files between accounts at a chosen date and time, either as a one-time transfer or on a recurring basis. This covers routines like clearing out an older drive every month or keeping a backup running without repeating the same steps by hand.

- Transfer Run History

Run History keeps a record of every transfer, whether it started manually or through a schedule. Users can see which transfers completed, which were only partially completed, and which failed, along with details on the individual files involved.

Privacy and Security

Each cloud provider connects through OAuth 2.0, so users sign in directly with the provider rather than handing a password to All Cloud Hub. No password is ever seen or stored by the platform.

Files themselves never leave a user's cloud accounts. All Cloud Hub does not copy or store files on its own servers at any point during a transfer or a search.

- OAuth 2.0 authentication, so passwords are never stored by All Cloud Hub
- Files remain inside users' own cloud accounts at all times, with no copies stored on All Cloud Hub's servers
- An independent CASA Tier 2 review of the Google API Services program has been completed, carried out by TAC Security
- No data collected through the app and no data shared with third parties
- Access to any connected account can be revoked at any time, from the app or from the provider's own settings

Availability

The All Cloud Hub mobile app is free to download now on Google Play and the Apple App Store, with account setup taking about a minute from first open to a connected drive. It runs on the same Free and Power User plans available on the web, including the free tier's cap of three connected accounts and 5GB of monthly transfers, with Power User removing the account limit and raising the transfer cap to 100GB.
