The newly launched VMB Valve Manifold Box is constructed inside a secure, ventilated enclosure that features automated fail-safe safety mechanisms. Internally, the fluid paths are built using premium 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel piping that is electropolished to a mirror-like finish of less than 5 micro-inches Ra. This ultra-smooth topology eliminates microscopic pockets where moisture or particles can reside, ensuring that gas purity is strictly maintained at the 6N (99.9999%) level or higher.

To achieve superior leak integrity, every branch within the manifold integrates Jewellok’s proprietary Ultra-High Purity (UHP) diaphragm valves and tied-diaphragm pressure regulators.
