Boulder, CO — 4 December 2025: Journey Culinary, Colorado’s leading cultural cooking experience, is proud to announce the launch of its newest program: “The World on a Plate”, a monthly cooking workshop series in Boulder designed to bring global culinary traditions directly to the local community. Each month, participants will explore a different international cuisine through hands-on cooking, cultural storytelling, and guided instruction from Journey Culinary’s expert chefs.

As Boulder continues to grow as a food-forward, globally inspired city, Journey Culinary recognized the community’s desire for educational experiences that connect culture, food, and shared creativity. The new workshop series brings this vision to life by featuring immersive menus from regions such as the Mediterranean, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
