Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL), a listed global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company specialising in power transmission and infrastructure, marked December as its Month of Giving. During the period, the company undertook a series of CSR initiatives focused on providing in-kind support to community institutions located around its areas of operation.
The Giving drive focused on two organisations operating near JSL project locations - Netrahin Vikas Sansthan, a blind school in Phalodi, Rajasthan, and Shree Danev Foundation, an animal treatment and shelter facility in Pirana, Ahmedabad. Employees across JSL were invited to participate with contributions made exclusively in kind.

Based on the specific requirements identified by the two organisations, essential items were procured and donated. Support to Netrahin Vikas Sansthan included blankets, steel cupboards and drinking water equipment, while Shree Danev Foundation received animal medicines, cattle feed and related supplies. The donations were formally handed over on the Foundation Day of Jyoti Structures Limited on 27 December 2025.
Commenting on the CSR initiatives, Pragati Nagar, Head HR, Jyoti Structures Limited, said, “For us at Jyoti Structures, giving back is deeply personal because we work closely with these communities every day. Through these initiatives, our focus was on offering support that is practical and relevant, especially to institutions near our project locations. Partnering with trusted local organisations helped us ensure that what we provided truly reached those who needed it most”
As part of its CSR activities during the year, Jyoti Structures also extended in-kind support to Jivandhara Girls Ashram School in Maharashtra through a donation of 400 towels. The initiative was facilitated by Rajshree Kartavya Yoga Sansthan and aimed at supporting hygiene and everyday living needs of girls residing at the ashram.

These initiatives reflect JSL’s emphasis on structured CSR execution, where employee participation is encouraged and support is delivered through organisations with established on-ground presence. Jyoti Structures Limited continues to pursue CSR initiatives aligned with its values of transparency, responsibility, and sustained engagement with communities connected to its operations.
