Kauvery Events Organizer, also known as Kauvery Decorators, is providing customized haldi and mehndi decoration services for pre-wedding celebrations across Jammu and nine other cities in India. Established in 1998 by Rahul Malhotra, the company combines creative decoration concepts, in-house craftsmanship, and organized event execution to create memorable settings for traditional and modern wedding functions.

Recognizing the importance of pre-wedding celebrations, Kauvery Events offers decoration solutions for haldi ceremonies, mehndi functions, and combined events at homes, terraces, farmhouses, lawns, banquet halls, and resorts. Its services include floral backdrops, marigold decorations, decorative swings, colorful umbrellas, customized seating arrangements, entrance décor, lighting, and themed photo areas.

The company offers a variety of decoration themes to match different preferences and wedding styles. Popular options include traditional marigold décor, pastel garden themes, bohemian mehndi setups, Rajasthani-inspired decorations, and floral swing arrangements. Families can select colors such as yellow, orange, green, pink, magenta, peach, and ivory according to their preferred event atmosphere.

Kauvery Decorators also understands that haldi and mehndi ceremonies have different practical requirements. Haldi setups incorporate washable fabrics, protective floor coverings, and suitable seating arrangements to accommodate turmeric applications. Mehndi decorations focus on comfortable seating for the bride, cushions, decorative swings, and appropriate lighting so henna artists can work comfortably during extended ceremonies.

With its own workshop, the company designs and builds decorative frames, swings, backdrops, and props according to venue dimensions and client requirements. Its team manages decoration planning, transportation, installation, and post-event cleanup, helping families avoid the inconvenience of coordinating multiple vendors.

Kauvery Events offers haldi and mehndi decoration packages with pricing starting from ₹2.5 lakh without carnival arrangements and ₹4 lakh with carnival arrangements, according to the company's published service information. Final quotations depend on venue size, decoration requirements, flower selection, and additional event features. Clients receive an itemized quotation before confirming their booking.

The booking process involves sharing the event date, location, venue details, guest count, and preferred decoration references. The team then prepares design suggestions and pricing before securing the date through an advance booking amount. The company recommends planning approximately 10 to 15 days ahead, particularly during busy wedding periods.

Haldi and mehndi celebrations deserve thoughtful planning because each function has its own atmosphere and requirements. Our aim is to create beautiful, comfortable spaces while managing the decoration details, setup, and cleanup so families can enjoy their celebrations," says the Kauvery Events Organizer team.

Kauvery Decorators provides haldi and mehndi decoration services in Jammu, Srinagar, Udhampur, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, and Mussoorie. The company also accommodates destination wedding events with customized decoration arrangements based on venue and travel requirements.

Families planning upcoming pre-wedding celebrations can explore decoration themes, request customized designs, and receive quotations through the company's website or WhatsApp.
