Trinidad & Tobago, May 2026 KaVitality2.2 is a pioneer in conscious, curated personal growth.
Its founder, Kavita Kissoon, is described as a self-intimacy connoisseur, peace curator,
adaptability virtuoso and neuron tickler with a dream of evolving social consciousness and
conscientiousness.
Through her innovative publishing and professional services company, Kavita has introduced a
suite of global digital publications since August 2025: Peace in Samsara (debut), Contemplative
Pedagogy, Peaceful Oneness, The Studied Grim and an ongoing series entitled Sacred
Rebalancing: Where Shadows Cease. Peace in Samsara - the critical path to mastery in
transmuting energies is an adaptability publication. Contemplative Pedagogy bridges
philosophical roots with thoughtful reflections, a creative spirit and pracademic grounding.
Peaceful Oneness teaches us how we are more alike than different and The Studied Grim is
evocative, dark, sophisticated and builds from wisdom and strength for better judgement.
Sacred Rebalancing: Where Shadows Cease takes tough topics and redirects energies towards
steps in self-development supported by community. She also incorporates "pawflective" reading
from fluffy friends such as Baby Susan and Dogtor J. Popsicles (local pups).
Her vision is to shift the dominant narratives in research, broaden perspectives and become a
baseline for massive transformative action. This extends to a desire to convert discrimination to
focus on systematic action on the specific attitudes or behaviors that need to be addressed as
well as teach management of expectations. These are grounded in scientific knowledge and all
of her work showcases a unique blend of academics, practitioners as well as creatives.
With five publications since August 2025 and over 30 hours of active collective reading time, her
work spans across international borders. Kavita holds an International MBA as well as other
tertiary qualifications and continuous certifications.
One step at a time with a grand vision for educating on thriving within chaos in mind - she even
wishes to extend, in due time, her soft-spoken voiceovers and magazines to hospitals and
orphanages, create funds for victims and other projects. More information can be found at
