1. Cancel the limit of Upgrade Investment.
2. Add extra fortify level and ATK attribute to Lengendary Rank 6 Saddle, VIP6 players who have received the rewards will get compensations, please check the backpack.
3. Add extra top attributes to Lengendary Dharma Ring, VIP8 players who have received the rewards will get compensations, please check the backpack.
