Q1. Tell us about your journey as an artist. How did it all begin?
My journey started from a very simple place emotions and observation. From a young age, I was drawn towards music and writing. I used to think a lot, imagine scenes, and feel things deeply. Over time, I started writing lyrics and slowly moved into composing music. It wasn’t planned as a career initially, but gradually it became a part of who I am.
Q2. Your music often explores romantic and emotional themes. What inspires you the most?
Emotions are my biggest inspiration. Real-life experiences, memories, and even imagination play a huge role. Sometimes it’s not just about what I have lived, but also what I observe around me relationships, changes in people, and moments that leave an impact. I try to convert those feelings into melodies
Q3. Let’s talk about your latest release “Aaj Bhi Wahi Hu.” What makes this song special?
“Aaj Bhi Wahi Hu” is very personal to me. I actually wrote it a long time ago, and it stayed with me. Recently, I got the chance to compose it properly. It reflects a feeling of unchanged emotions even when everything else changes. The process of bringing it to life was emotional and meaningful. This song I wrote for someone in which I spend most of the time with her.
Q4. You used AI vocals in this track. What led to that decision?
Yes, I used AI vocals because I couldn’t find the right singer for the song. Instead of delaying the release, I decided to experiment. I believe creativity should not stop due to limitations. It was a practical and modern solution, and it helped me complete the vision of the track. From now onwards, I will give my own voice so, pleqse excited what KK will brings to you in the future.
Q5. Your album “Desire Night” is fully instrumental. What was the idea behind it?
“Desire Night” is an instrumental album although my first album that focused purely on emotions through music, without words. I wanted listeners to feel the story without lyrics just through melodies. It’s more about mood, atmosphere, and imagination.
Q6. You are also an author. Tell us about your book “Semester Five: A Semester of Chaos and Kinship.”
Semester Five is a coming-of-age story inspired by my real college experiences. It explores friendship, silence, misunderstandings, and emotional growth within one semester. I wanted to show how ordinary moments and people quietly shape us. It’s not about drama, but about connection, memories, and the relationships that stay with us long after college ends.
Q7. What is special about your writing style in books?
I focus on emotional realism and cinematic storytelling. I try to make scenes feel visual, almost like a film playing in the reader’s mind. My writing is simple but expressive, aiming to connect deeply with readers rather than just telling a story.
Q8. You are not only a musician but also a writer and screenwriter. How do these roles connect?
For me, everything is connected through storytelling. Whether it’s a song, a novel, or a film scene, it’s about expressing emotions and ideas. Music gives me sound, writing gives me words, and screenwriting gives me visuals. All three help me tell stories in different ways. My writing journey is also very old as that my musical journey.
Q9. What challenges have you faced as an independent artist?
One of the biggest challenges is doing everything on your own from creating to promoting. Finding the right collaborators, getting visibility, and managing resources can be tough. But at the same time, independence gives you full creative control. Even my most if tge friends don't know what am I doing.
Q10. Your tracks like “The Day We Met” and “Lost in Her Smile” have a consistent emotional tone. Is that intentional?
Yes, to some extent. These were my debut projects and I deeply connected with these. I naturally connect more with emotional and romantic themes. It’s not forced it comes from within. I think consistency also helps in building an identity as an artist. Yeah sure these gives me to think what can I do.
Q11. How do you approach composing a new song?
Usually it starts with a feeling or a line. Sometimes a melody comes first, sometimes lyrics. I don’t follow a strict process. I let the idea grow naturally and then shape it into a full composition. I still remember when I wrote my friendship track and composed it, still feel how did I created this with be best composition I think till now.
Q12. What message do you want listeners to take from your music?
I want listeners to feel something real. Even if someone connects with just one line or one melody, that’s enough. Music should make you feel understood. So guys please give your love and support I will be always be grateful to you all.
Q13. What are your future plans?
I want to continue creating more music, explore collaborations, and also work on my writing projects novels and screenplays. I aim to grow both creatively and professionally. I am also deeply focused on my academic career too let's see where will be I in the upcoming five years.
Q14. Any message for your audience?
Thank you for supporting my music. Every listen and every bit of appreciation means a lot. I will keep creating from the heart. Thank you everyone especially my close friends who support me a lot.
