> “When the world looked at me as just another boy from a small town, I looked back with a dream.”
Born on September 7, 1989, in Nagpur, Nikhilesh Masram grew up in a humble environment where opportunities were limited, but dreams were infinite. As a young boy, he discovered the rhythm of life in everyday sounds — the clapping of hands, the beat of street music, the energy of people. It wasn’t a polished stage, but it was his first dance floor.
He began dancing informally during school functions and neighborhood gatherings, mimicking Bollywood stars and local performers. With no access to formal training, mirrors, or studios, he rehearsed in empty streets and dim-lit verandahs — chasing perfection driven by passion, not privilege.

🧒 Early Days – Seeds of Creativity
Nikhilesh studied at Royal English School in Kalyan (Thane), where his artistic spark was first noticed. He regularly took part in annual school functions, sports events, and fancy dress competitions. His teachers saw something different in him — they affectionately called him a "creative kalakar," a true performer even at that age.
> “Back then, I didn’t know what choreography meant — I just knew I loved creating something out of nothing.”
