In response to the second wave of the CODIV-19 outbreak in Korea, we have prepared this paper based on a close examination of the news in Korea.

In Korea, it was reported that churches were the source of both the first and second waves of the outbreak. However, there is a big difference in the government's pursuit of the problem and the church's response.
