Lawyers Realty Group announced a new focused practice area for California homeowners dealing with Home Equity Investments, equity sharing agreements, shared appreciation contracts, and disputed HEI payoff demands.

The new practice focus responds to growing legal and regulatory scrutiny surrounding home equity investment products, which are often marketed as a way for homeowners to access cash without monthly payments.
