3. Q: What is the waiting time for a song?
A: The waiting time is 7-14 business days. We send the first sample of the mix between 2-5 days after placing the order and sending all files to us. Then we apply corrections according to your requirements and finish the mix as soon as possible.

4. Q: How should I send you files for mix and mastering? (bit + vocals)
A: Export files to 24bit WAV format, each vocal consolidated separately. This means that each vocal should be of the same length and when we put it on the program, everyone will properly lay on the beat in place, so that we do not have to adjust the vocals to the arrangement of the bit.
