The Sanju Samson Foundation, in association with LeadIAS, has announced a scholarship initiative aimed at supporting 1,000 talented students across India in their preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
The initiative was announced by Indian cricketer Sanju Samson at the Lead India Summit, with the objective of making quality Civil Services coaching more accessible to deserving aspirants, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Through this initiative, selected students will receive support for UPSC Civil Services preparation along with access to structured learning and guidance. The program will place emphasis on areas such as mentorship, skill-based learning, personality development, communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
The initiative reflects Sanju Samson’s commitment to encouraging young talent and creating opportunities for students who aspire to serve the nation through the Civil Services. Inspired by his own journey of perseverance, dedication, and hard work, the initiative seeks to help the next generation of aspirants pursue their goals with greater confidence.
Special consideration will also be given to eligible students from Vizhinjam, Sanju Samson’s hometown, and nearby coastal areas, providing aspiring Civil Service candidates from these communities with an opportunity to benefit from the program.
With personalised mentorship and structured training, the scholarship initiative is expected to support students in developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence required for the UPSC examination.
