Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the production banner led by Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala, has expanded its Mumbai real estate portfolio with the purchase of a premium apartment in Hubtown Premiere Residences, Andheri West. This comes in addition to its previously purchased two luxury apartments in 25 South, the ultra luxury apartments as a part of 25 Residences by Hubtown located in Prabhadevi, South Mumbai, for ₹36.57 crore in October 2025 — continuing its trend of high-value real estate investments across the city.

According to the registered agreement, the company acquired flat at Hubtown Premiere Residences, part of the Belforce Hills development, Andheri West.
The transaction was executed and registered on 24th July 2026, by Hubtown Limited and the buyer, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. based in Andheri West.

Andheri West continues to be one of Mumbai's most sought-after luxury western suburb micro-markets, prized for its proximity to the city's film and media hub, easy access to the airport, and a dense mix of premium residential and commercial developments — making it a natural addition to a Bollywood production house's growing property portfolio.
