Manifestly Checklists has released a new Claude MCP integration designed to help teams turn SOP ideas into active workflows faster.
Many teams already use AI tools to brainstorm processes, write documentation, or improve internal procedures. Manifestly’s new Claude integration takes that a step further by allowing Claude to interact directly with workflow templates and active checklist runs inside Manifestly.
Through the integration, users can describe a process in plain language and ask Claude to help create a Manifestly workflow. This can be useful for teams building SOPs for onboarding, inspections, approvals, compliance checks, recurring operations, and customer handoffs.
Once workflows are created, Claude can also help manage them. Users can ask Claude to start a workflow run, complete a specific step, reassign a task, update a due date, add comments, or check which tasks are overdue.
This creates a smoother path from process planning to process execution. Instead of stopping at a written SOP, teams can use Claude and Manifestly together to create structured workflows that include assignments, deadlines, tracking, and accountability.
The integration is available through Manifestly’s MCP server and works with Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code. Users connect their Manifestly account securely through OAuth 2.1.
Manifestly’s launch reflects a growing shift in how teams use AI. Rather than relying on AI only for ideas or documents, teams can now use it to support real operational work inside the systems where execution happens.
