The global push toward sustainable packaging is reshaping how independent bars, cafes, micro-producers, and culinary venues distribute their goods. Traditional single-use glass and plastic containers pose significant environmental, logistical, and shelf-life challenges, while industrial automated canning lines remain out of reach for small-scale businesses. To bridge this gap, Eazy Canning has developed a compact, benchtop ecosystem that allows venue-level operators to transition to infinitely recyclable aluminum packaging directly on the countertop.
At the core of the system’s liquid handling capability is the FENIX Beverage Can Filling Head. Operating as a manual reverse-pressure valve, the unit handles carbonated liquids, nitro drinks, and delicate botanical infusions under up to 4 bars of counter-pressure. By purging atmospheric oxygen with carbon dioxide prior to filling, the unit prevents liquid oxidation and eliminates uncontrolled foam breakout. Built entirely from food-grade stainless steel, the FENIX filler integrates seamlessly with Clean-In-Place systems to satisfy strict commercial hygiene standards while keeping waste to an absolute minimum.
To complete the airtight seal, the setup incorporates the iKAN Can Seaming Machine. Weighing 18 kg and occupying a footprint of just 44 cm by 18 cm, the benchtop seamer brings commercial double-seam precision to short-run production. The unit accommodates container sizes ranging from 200 ml slim cans to 1000 ml crowlers on standard household power. Engineered with professional chucks and hardened rollers, the maintenance-free head is rated for up to 5 million cycles, ensuring long-term reliability for micro-batch operations.
By combining precision filling with commercial double-seaming, Eazy Canning provides independent entrepreneurs with a scalable foundation to test new products, eliminate single-use plastics, and expand off-premise retail opportunities without significant capital risk.
