Historically, hosting destination weddings, corporate retreats, and cultural summits in alpine environments during late autumn and winter presented operational risks. Event organizers previously relied on temporary canvas marquees or uninsulated outdoor tents that frequently suffered from thermal loss, acoustic distortion during wind or rain, and structural instability. Hover Gardens eliminates these compromises through a permanent, climate-controlled pavilion capable of hosting up to 270 seated banquet guests or 300+ guests for standing receptions.

Built around principles of biophilic design, the central hall features heavy timber post-and-beam construction and expansive double-paned glass paneling. This architectural combination allows guests to enjoy 180-degree views of Dilijan’s surrounding pine forests while remaining completely protected from exterior temperatures, fog, and precipitation. Solid wood interiors also act as natural acoustic diffusers, ensuring optimal audio clarity for live musical performances, speeches, and corporate keynotes.

To support diverse event requirements, Hover Gardens features a multi-zone layout that includes an arrival threshold for check-ins, the primary climate-controlled timber hall, an open-air stone terrace, and outdoor fireside hearth lounges.
