Maritheprophet (Eva Ferrero) has released her highly anticipated new single, “Daddy’s Home,” a country guitar-driven track that dives deep into themes of love, intimacy, and spiritual alignment in relationships.

While the title might spark curiosity, Maritheprophet explains that the song’s meaning goes far beyond its playful opening:

“Even though the song starts off as a joke, even the joke is very serious, as well as the rest of the song. If your masculine partner can only satisfy you sexually, that is worth absolutely nothing. You can teach anyone to be able to satisfy you sexually. What means everything is when that person can actually give you the love that you deserve outside of the bedroom — the gentle, kind, authentic connection that no one else can give you.”

Maritheprophet urges listeners to be intentional when choosing who earns the deepest forms of intimacy, tying her message to faith and spiritual fulfillment:

“This title makes many masculine partners excited when they hear it. So don’t give that title to your masculine partner unless they satisfy you in every portion of your partnership — emotionally, mentally, not just physically, and spiritually as well. This is why it is important that we only partake in sexual practices with the spouse that God has ordained for us when we are married. Sex is spiritual, it is strong, it is powerful, and it connects you deeper and deeper, spiritually, with the person that you partake in the act with.
