Key Enhancements in Empxtrack Appraisal

The updated Appraisal module offers managers a more structured process for initiating appraisals. The appraisal form also checks mandatory attributes before users move to the next step.

Key Enhancements in Empxtrack Payroll

The latest payroll updates bring improvements to processing efficiency and payroll controls. Users can now choose between the Old and New Tax Regime options.

Empxtrack has also incorporated changes related to the Income-tax Act, 2025, and updated professional tax slabs. Additional controls prevent the deletion of payroll records once subsequent payrolls have been processed.

Behind the scenes, technical enhancements have optimized payroll processing queries and improved the payslip generation process.

Empxtrack Platform Enhancements in Leave Management

The updated Leave Management module offers improved usability, transaction visibility, and workflow configuration for managers and HR teams. Users can now add new groups while setting up leave approval workflows for different leave types.
