This year’s induction holds special significance as it recognizes the lasting impact of co-founder Jim Morelli, whose vision, work ethic, and commitment to excellence helped shape the company’s reputation over 45 years of service in the Lowcountry. Jim Morelli was posthumously inducted into the Carrier Hall of Fame on March 12, 2026.

His son, Tony Morelli, co-founder and current President of Morelli Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., accepted the award on his behalf, honoring both his father’s legacy and the continued dedication of serving the Lowcountry.

The Carrier Hall of Fame represents one of the highest distinctions in the HVAC industry, reserved for elite dealers who demonstrate outstanding leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Inductees are selected from a nationwide network of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who consistently exceed rigorous performance standards.
