The non-profit arm of MYCPE ONE announces Immediate Rs 80 Lakh Support for 2,000 Underprivileged Students

Ahmedabad, 29th December, 2025: Social Eye Foundation, the non-profit arm of MYCPE ONE, on Saturday announced the launch of its flagship education initiative, ‘Aadhaar Shiksha’, along with an immediate financial support of Rs 80 lakh to secure the academic year for some 2,000 underprivileged students in Ahmedabad. The platform was launched in the presence of Shri Rohit Choudhary, District Educational Officer (DEO), Ahmedabad, and attended by principals and trustees from 71 partner schools across the city.

Each beneficiary student will receive Rs 4,000 towards essential school fees, with funds disbursed directly to schools. By far, the foundation has already supported some 4,000 students across 100 schools and outlined a five-year roadmap to reach 5 lakh students and onboard 5,000 schools nationwide.

Designed as a technology-driven bridge between corporates and verified students under CSR programmes, ‘Aadhaar Shiksha’ addresses key challenges of access and transparency in educational funding. The platform enables direct, traceable support without intermediaries, ensuring that corporate contributions reach beneficiaries with full accountability. At present, some 6,000 students are registered on the platform, with a target to reach 50,000 students by June 2026, scaling up to 5 lakh students over the next five years.

Mr Shalin Parikh, Chief Impact Officer, Social Eye Foundation, and CEO, MYCPE ONE, said, “According to data by the Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Education is the most preferred development sector among Indian corporates for their CSR spending. In 2023-24, 52.6% of the total CSR spending in Gujarat went towards education sector. Aadhar Shiksha is built with a view to bridge the gap between intent and impact, as it gives corporates the needed confidence in how their funds are utilised. By ensuring rigorous verification and direct-to-school payments, we have created a system donors can trust. Our objective is to ensure that financial constraints never force a child to drop out of school.”

The foundation also launched ‘Aadhar School Tech’, an AI-enabled school management system provided free of cost to partner schools. Comparable solutions typically cost between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 50 lakh. The software enables end-to-end school administration, including attendance and timetable management, digitisation of student records and fee systems, and mobile-based communication with parents. Through this initiative, Social Eye Foundation aims to digitise 10,000 schools, extending modern digital infrastructure to institutions serving underprivileged students.

Commending the initiative, Shri Rohit Choudhary, DEO, Ahmedabad, said, “The model adopted by Social Eye Foundation is practical and highly transparent. By combining direct fee support along with digital infrastructure such as ‘Aadhar School Tech’, the Foundation is strengthening the school ecosystem. The commitment to verify every student and pay fees directly to schools sets a high standard for education support programmes.”

During the event, the Foundation also presented its Vision 2030 roadmap, which includes expanding its network from 100 to over 5,000 schools, supporting some 5 lakh students to ensure educational continuity, and mobilising Rs 200 crore annually in CSR funding through partnerships with 500+ corporates.
