The 500 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is held over 2-months. It is for those who are willing to learn yoga teachings of traditional methods. The training builds a strong foundation for yoga practices holistically. Trainees will take 2 back-to-back training of 200-hour yoga teacher training followed by the 300-hour yoga teacher training. There will be a short break for your practice and self-study between the courses.
