During Boston AI Week, Evgen Temchenko, Head of Enterprise Engineering at NIX, participated in an expert panel at the Mass Technology Leadership Council (MTLC) conference titled “AI Adapted Workforce: A Panel Discussion.” Moderated by Drew Fortin, Founder of Lever Talent, the session explored how AI is transforming team structures, workflows, and leadership across organizations—shifting the focus from competition between humans and AI to collaboration.

Panelists included HR executives, data and engineering managers, and enterprise technology leaders who shared real-world insights into rethinking work distribution between humans and AI, merging functions such as engineering with operations or data with product, and maintaining trust, culture, and performance as AI becomes part of daily workflows.

Speakers also discussed lessons from companies further along in their AI journey, touching on both successful strategies and the inevitable “trial and error” moments that accompany innovation.
