Under the program, current clients who refer a friend can earn a twenty-five dollar credit toward veterinary services once that friend becomes a new client and completes their pet's first visit. The referred friend also receives twenty-five dollars off their pet's first exam. To participate, the new client simply mentions the referring client's name when booking an appointment and again at checkout. Once the visit is complete, the referral credit is applied directly to the referring client's account, ready to use toward future veterinary care.

The program is designed to be simple and rewarding, with no cap on how many friends a client can refer or how much credit they can accumulate. Referral credits may be applied to veterinary services only and are not valid toward retail products or boarding, and the offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Northgate Animal Hospital says the initiative reflects its broader philosophy that trusted recommendations from current clients are one of the most meaningful ways new families find their way to compassionate, reliable veterinary care.
