This probably is not the best thing because I'll tell you because it is I'm like a more natural type of product I like it as a half percent naturalexfoliants well those are ground up apricot shells and as we all know it if they're being ground out they're not going to be perfectly formed round Spears so they're gonnaprobably under microscope have a lot jagged edges with short hair your skin a really good actually therewith the one that's more chemical-based honestly because they’re going to be perfectly round you know me and it made it Spears that exfoliate your skin that way but anyways I love this stuff I use only hands I use on my albums my knees my feet the back to my heels all I all season on my face I usually use it around nine hours and I mention once a week .
