O’Donnell & Naccarato (O&N) is proud to announce the promotion of John Mamana, PE and Matt Mowrer, PE to senior leadership roles. These promotions reflect the firm’s continued investment in leadership development, technical excellence, and client service across its markets and practice areas.

John Mamana, PE has been promoted to Senior Associate and Director of O’Donnell & Naccarato’s New Jersey Office. Bringing over 24 years of experience as a structural engineer, John has played an integral role in the growth of the firm’s New Jersey operations, providing strong technical leadership while building trusted client and industry relationships. As office director, he will oversee day-to-day operations and help guide strategic growth throughout the state.

Matt Mowrer, PE has been promoted to Senior Associate and Director of Restoration Services. With more than 20 years of experience in restoration and structural engineering, Matt leads O&N’s national restoration practice, partnering closely with clients, regional team leaders, and project teams to deliver thoughtful solutions for existing buildings and infrastructure. He holds multiple relevant certifications, including SPRAT Level 1, ICRI Grade 1 CSRT, Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI), and Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI). In this role, he will continue to expand the firm’s restoration services nationwide, supporting a broad range of rehabilitation and preservation efforts.
